Let’s Share the Sun

Let’s Share the Sun Foundation aspires to facilitate the use of solar energy in developing communities around the world. Together our mission is to raise funds and support energy access in Puerto Rico.

Living our purpose

Wood Mackenzie’s purpose—to transform the way we power our planet—guides our work with Let’s Share the Sun, creating meaningful, lasting change in regions where energy access is critical. By contributing our expertise to support Let’s Share the Sun’s mission, providing access to clean energy in areas with unreliable or poor grid access, we are driving sustainable change and giving back to communities that need it most.

Empowering communities with clean energy

Since 2021, Wood Mackenzie has proudly partnered with Let’s Share the Sun to bring clean, reliable energy to Puerto Rico, where daily power outages impact vulnerable communities. Through solar installations for families and shelters, this partnership empowers those who otherwise lack affordable access to such essentials, providing safety, comfort, and a stable source of energy.

{{-- The quote block container ENDS before the slideout is rendered. This is intentional — if the slideout were nested inside this container, any CSS transform on an ancestor (animation classes, Wistia injection, etc.) would create a new containing block and trap position:fixed inside it, preventing the panel from covering the full viewport. Rendering the slideout as a sibling AFTER this div avoids that entirely. --}}
To be able to reply on this solar energy system represents justice, so the women can benefit from this essential service while we heal the problem of domestic violence. It represents a lot of hope for our organisation.
